Phonecard collecting is a dying hobby in the United States. One of the reasons is that phonecards just never really caught on here. They are very widely used in other countries. You will usually find more American cartoons and characters on foreign cards than phone cards that were created and sold in the U.S.

Phonecard collecting is an inexpensive way to capture those wonderful images of all your favorite Looney Tunes characters.
